SportsBUZZ

SportsBUZZ.com is a social media website co-founded by NFL star Chris Cooley that puts fans closer than ever before to their favorite teams and athletes. Much like Twitter, fans can follow their favorite athletes and teams, and receive instant notifications when their athletes post news updates, photos, or even video.

An integral component to the website is an iPhone application built by Boulder Technology. Athletes can log in on the go (media events, locker room, etc.) and post text updates, photos, video, and even audio podcasts, all of which are made immmediately available to their fans, both on the iPhone app and on the sportsbuzz.com website. Fans can log in and access the latest updates from their favorite teams and athletes, and browse for new athletes and teams to follow. The app is FREE but requires registration on the sportsbuzz.com website.
